Angio-eccrine hamartoma: About two cases in Dakar, Senegal

Angio eccrine hamartoma (EAH) is a rare, benign tumoral lesion composed of glands and vascular structures in the mid dermis. We report on two observations Dakar. Observation 1: A four-month-old infant was seen for an erythematous plaque, rounded, with smooth surface, asymptomatic, localized to right thigh, evolving three months. The clinical appearance suggested spitz tumour. Cutaneous histology confirmed diagnosis angioeccrine hamartoma. 2: second case concerned ten-month-old received erythematous, atrophic at level inter-gluteal fold, since birth. This aspect suggestive sclero-atropic lichen. Discussion: reported HAE original by rarity presentations leading confusion nevus Spitz sclero-atrophic considerable contribution.
